Audit the current social media content and put together the forward strategy Conceptualise the content to deliver on the social media strategy and brief the design team on the creation of these assets Monitor and optimise the success of social media and CRM campaigns Design and roll out automated and ad hoc email campaigns to drive customer engagement, loyalty and maximise lifetime value Manage the email production process from brief to deployment including the production of assets, build, and deployment/optimization of campaigns Ensure email content, design and delivery are continuously optimised for customer engagement and activation Utilising all CRM tools and systems, managing their optimisation when required Analyse and report on insights, defining actions to capitalise on this data for the Brand marketing team and wider business Own development of email marketing concepts, metrics, tools, technology, KPIs and industry best practices Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements This job posted on 1350 days ago.
